Noisy corridors. People had lengthy conversations with each other in the middle of the corridor outside our room into the evening.

Very happy with our choice to stay here.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff - helping us with directions to get to the old town and catch the train. Close to the train and some nice places to eat. We were able to walk to the cable car (maybe 15-20 minutes away).

A bit far from the old part of town, but we caught the train there quite easily.

The hotel is located in a nice area. The room is huge and very clean. The staff are very nice. The American style hot breakfast is the best. My wife and I have had a great time staying here.

Thoughtful hotel with good service and breakfast.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. They used servers for the buffet to limit covid exposure. At night when we were dropped off after a Tango show on one of the nights of the big soccer celebrations, we were greeted at the door by two doormen, each with clubs up their sleeves even though the crowds were gone, and this made us feel as though they had our safety in mind.

One elevator had issues. Our shower was flooding the bathroom, but the maid tilted the rain shower head with her broom handle and it helped, but it still was a bit of issue with no curtain for the shower.

Overall we got what we paid for.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations: quiet comfortable room, nice breakfast.

The dinner they offered took a long time to prepare (only tomato soup and a shrimp dish). And the portion size, especially the shrimp, was very small. The dinner staff was quite young. They just need adequate training.

Lovely hotel, with a good location to metro, dining and shopping

Location was great every close to the metro and walking distance to both dining and shopping centres. Room size was amazingly large with two queen beds, bathroom was a good size. Staff was very friendly, greeting you on arrival and efficient at the desk.

just a small leak in the shower so some water on the floor.
